It's a big no-no to cheat Uncle Sam out of his money, but as a mother-son team learned, it's also against the law to cheat an ex-husband out of his income tax refund.

Webster Parish Sheriff's detectives Tommy Kemp, Jr. and Scott Tucker have arrested 50-year-old Pamela Virginia Greene and her 22-year-old son, Allen Todd Nation, Jr., both of Minden, on two counts of access device fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit access device fraud each.
