A look at this week’s high school basketball games

The Webster Parish basketball teams are facing the crunch time as they head into the final two weeks of their 2012-13 schedules.

Most of the schools are in the thick of the district races, and this week will provide more opportunities for those schools to either make up or lose ground.

Minden High

The Minden Crimson Tide and Lady Tiders are coming off a pair of tough losses to Huntington and will look to bounce back tonight as they travel to Woodlawn.

Friday, the teams will play at Fair park in Shreveport.

The Lakeside teams will play three tough road district games this week.

Tonight, Lakeside will travel to Ferriday, and Friday night they will play at Homer. On Saturday, the teams will head to Lake Providence for a pair of weather related make-up games.

The Glenbrook Apaches and Lady Apaches will travel Farmerville tonight for district games with Union Christian, and then will return home on Thursday to host Franklin Academy in the final game of the regular season.

Thursday's games, at the Minden Rec, will also be Glenbrook's Annual Senior Night games.

The Panthers and Lady Panthers will play a pair of district games this week, one at home, one on the road.

Tonight, the teams will head to Dodson to take on Dodson High School, and Friday Doyline will host Saline High School.

North Webster

The North Webster Knights and Lady Knights will host Evangel tonight in a pair of district games.

Friday night, the teams will travel to Shreveport to play at Booker T. Washington.
