Glenbrook Apaches fall to Riverdale, 38-18

The Glenbrook Apaches hosted the Riverfield Raiders Friday night in their home opener as they tried to go 2-0 under new head coach Greg Tibbitt.

But the Raiders used their size advantage to wear down the Apaches, and Glenbrook fell 38-18.

"They were a lot bigger than us," Tibbitt said. "They out-weighed us across the front and it took its toll. We were worried about them packing it in and running right at us, and that's exactly what they did."
