Finally, after many months of misery, on Monday, April 1 I had corrective surgery to my deformed, right three toes (some April Fool joke).
I no longer have need of the fracture shoe and will actually be able to wear a pair of matching shoes. Hopefully I will now be able to walk with greater ease.
