Juveniles indicted on murder charges

Two juveniles have been charged with second degree murder in the death of Cedric Kingsby and will be prosecuted as adults as determined by a grand jury.

Bossier/Webster District Attorney Schuyler Marvin said his office presented the case Monday morning.
