From Your Chamber

Spring greetings from the Minden-South Webster Chamber of Commerce. As usual, with the advent of warmer weather come more activities for your chamber. Of particular importance is the Legislative session that is in its third week. We are watching several bills as they move through committee and have signed on to support Tort Reform. Among others, we are also concerned about a state-wide minimum wage which would be detrimental to our small businesses. Our Government Affairs committee chaired by Christopher Stahl is also watching several other bills. They will have a full report soon.
