Tide celebrates Homecoming with win

Minden cruises past Woodlawn Knights, 28-6

The Minden Crimson Tide dominated on both sides of the ball Friday night in front of a capacity homecoming crowd, beating Woodlawn 28-6 in a game that wasn't even that close.

While the Tide defense was holding the Knights to 89 total yards for the game, the Minden offense was racking up 332 yards, 17 first downs, and almost 30 minutes in time of possession. It was the most complete game played by the Tide this year, and kept the team on top of the district 1-4A standings.
