It’s beginning ....

... to look a lot like Christmas decorations going up

Christmas decorations have begun to go up in an effort to showcase the city of Minden when people come to celebrate everything German during the Minden Fasching Fifth Season Celebration.

“We know it’s early – traditionally we wait until the week after Thanksgiving to turn on lights, but we want Minden to be lit up when we have our Fasching Festival which takes place November 11 through 12,” said Pattie Odom, Downtown Development Director.

And with any luck, the same visitors will return during the Holiday Trail of Lights.
