Pine Hills Memorial Classic set for August

Two-man golf teams will be teeing it up at Pine Hills Country Club for the second annual Pine Hills Memorial Classic Golf Tournament scheduled August 16 and 17, an event which will honor a Minden icon.

This year's honoree will be businessman Ben Hunter, whose family has owned and operated the Coca-Cola Bottling Company since its birth as North Louisiana Bottling Works in 1901. The franchise to bottle Coca-Cola was acquired in 1905.
