Honoring the Fallen

Honoring fallen Vietnam veterans is of great importance to Victor Vilionis – so much so that Vilionis traveled from his home in Quebec to help memorialize a Minden native, George Branch, who lost his life in the Vietnam conflict.

"After the loss of youth in Vietnam and the passing of many years, an interest was born to honor and remember our fallen," Vilionis said. "For the most part they were unknown, except for the few we may have personally known and lost during the war."
