Warriors claim 4th straight District Title

Lady Warriors finished fourth with 102 points

SIBLEY — Since Sibley High became Lakeside in 2000, the Warriors track and field team has won nine boys district titles and six girls championships.

The boys put the 15th trophy in the case by scoring 161 points while participating in only 13 out of 18 events. They outscored Sterlington which scored 139 points. Jonesboro finished third at 118, Homer was fourth at 66, Ferriday was fifth with 28 points, and Lake Providence took sixth with 24 points.
