WorkFit shares Water Break services

WorkFit took a Water Break recently with several local businesses including Express Entergy Services. They delivered coolers of ice cold water to employees in order to help them stay hydrated and provided education to reduce the risk of heat-related illnesses.

"When you're working outside in the heat, it's important to drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration," said Reed McLendon, CRT, Director of WorkFit. "We need fluids to keep our bodies properly cooled. Without ample water, you can experience muscle cramping, heat exhaustion, or heat stroke.
