Giving thanks for football

MHS produces its share of pro players

Families who gather around the television to watch football on Thanksgiving might be thankful for their own local football programs and the players those programs produced.

"It is so important to support your local teams," said Brian Brown, former Tide football player. "Teams like Minden High and even our pee-wee football give back so much to the area and help create a sense of friendship and camaraderie."
