The Glenbrook Apaches improved to 7-3 on the season, and 1-1 in district, with a 14-0 blanking of Central School Thursday afternoon.
Connor Copeland was the winning pitcher for the Apaches, as he went two innings, allowing no runs and striking out one. Braden Dickson came in for a scoreless inning, striking out the side.
Dalton Scruggs had a big day at the plate, going three-for-three with two singles, a double and four runs batted in.
Connor Copeland singled and doubled and Caden Copeland added a single. Logan Clark and Dickson both had RBI-singles and Austin Jones singled and drove in two runs.
Jacob White, Bailey Pettite, Clay Simonton and Cameron matthews all added singles, and Pettite added a RBI.
The Apaches will host Prairie View Academy in a pair of games on Saturday. The varsity teams will play the first game at 11 a.m., and the junior varsity game will follow right after.
