Graveside services for Margia Brown will be held Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Gilgal Cemetery in Minden under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Minden. Officiating will be Dr. Richard May. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. today (Friday July 29, 2011) at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Margia was born Sept. 2, 1920 in Minden and entered into rest July 27, 2011 in Shreveport.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Brown and wife, Ruby of Minden and Mark Brown and wife, Gina of Minden; daughter, Karen Delarosbil and husband, Gilbert of Shreveport; grandchildren, Shenoa Peterson, Kellie Yates, Natasha Barr and husband, Steven and Crystal; and great-grandchildren Demi, Skylar, Zoey, Jaycee, Lainee and Samuel.
Pallbearers will be Robert Jones, Jimmy Baker, Gilbert Delarosbil, Steven Barr, Billy Frye and John Deaton.
