Officials hope to improve Webster railroad crossings

Two railroad crossings have been the topic of discussion by Webster police jurors many times in at least the past 10 years.
 
Walter Lyons Road and Dorcheat Road crossings, utilized by Louisiana Southern Railroad and operated by Watco Companies, are in major disrepair despite requests from the jury to the company.
