Former Times and KTBS 3 reporter Ken Latin will be the guest speaker at the Noon Lions Club meeting Thursday. Latin is Director of Operations & Visitor Experience at Sci-Port, where he has been employed for 15 years. The Noon Lions meet in the American Legion Hall on Pine Street.
