Driver was not wearing safety belt at time of crash
An 18-year-old Athens woman died Sunday evening when the vehicle she was driving struck a tree.
Louisiana State Police Troop G responded to the crash on Goodwill Road, just north of La. Hwy. 528, in Webster Parish around 4:30 p.m..
