Minden to take on West Ouachita

Crimson Tide looking to rebound from last week’s loss

Not much went right for the Minden Crimson Tide last week against North DeSoto.

The defense gave up 409 yards rushing to the Griffins, while netting a total of negative 61 on the ground. The Tide's passing game only netted 77 yards between the two quarterbacks and the Tide turned the ball over six times.

"Certainly, it was a disappointing performance," Minden high head coach Randy Peters said. "I thought we started out OK. We had the turnover going into the end zone and it went down from there. But when you watch the film, you can see things here and there where if we do things differently, it would have been better. So it looked worse than it really was."
