Heflin woman shot

A south Webster Parish woman is in stable condition at LSU Health Sciences Center today after being shot by her estranged husband late Thursday.

According to Webster Parish Sheriff Gary Sexton, his office and medical personnel were called to the incident in the 200 block of S. Main Street in Heflin around 4 p.m.
