Minden native Wayne Parker was honored with the Robert E. Russ Award in recently by the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.
The award is named after Robert E. Russ, who donated the land to form the city of Ruston and is the community's highest honor for leadership and outstanding contributions to local business and civic development.
