On August 14,  Amelia Christy (left), a Glenbrook School 6th grader and MTAC member won the Girls 12 singles event at the Squire Creek Junior Championship in Ruston, LA. It was her first USTA event.  Her parents are Shelley & Jay Christy of Minden. Amelia is pictured with Squire Creek’s Director of Tennis, Katherine Reigelman.
