Officers serving warrant find alleged drugs

Minden police investigators serving an arrest warrant Monday morning on a local man for drug distribution found themselves filling out paperwork on an additional drug-related charge on the same individual.

Justin M. Harrison, a 23-year-old resident of the 300 block of S. Gum Street, reportedly was sitting on the front porch of a residence off East Street when Capt. Daniel Weaver and Capt. Marvin Garrett arrived with a warrant charging Harrison with distribution of CDS Sch. I (marijuana).
