Caddo District Judge Mike Pittman has ruled that Kimethia Coleman, formerly of Minden, is incompetent to proceed with court activities, following a sanity hearing Wednesday.
A spokesperson for the Caddo Parish District Attorney's Office said Coleman will be re-evaluated after 90 days in a mental facility in East Feliciana Parish.
