CASTOR — The Doyline Panthers traveled to Castor on Thursday afternoon to take on the Tigers in their first district game of the year. Unfortunately, the Panthers came home with a 6-2 loss.
"We continue to slide in a downward direction," Doyline head coach John Austin said. "I am hoping it just comes in cycles and we will peak in a upward direction during playoffs."
Micheal Augustine (1-1) took the loss pitching the first four innings.
