Cracking down on drugs in north Webster Parish netted drug task force agents four dealers in time for Trick or Treat.
On October 30, Springhill Police Chief Will Lynd, along with Sgt. Salvador Gonzalez, Det. Ron Wedgeworth and Webster Parish Sheriff's Lt. Shawn Baker arrested 40-year-old Gaye Cusson of the 100 block of Penny Circle on a warrant for two counts of distribution of CDS Sch. I (marijuana).
Cusson was arrested at her residence, taken to the Springhill Police Department where she was booked and transported to Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.
On the same date, Wedgeworth, along with Cotton Valley Police Lt. Richard Downs and WPSO deputy Gene Hanson arrested 45-year-old Sheila J. Powers, at her residence in the 200 block of Cox Road, Cotton Valley.
Powers is charged with one count of distribution of CDS Sch IV (Alproazoam) and one count of distribution of a Legend drug.
She was booked in Springhill and transferred to BDCC.
Wedgeworth and Baker arrested 30-year-old Donna M. Fultz on October 31 at her residence, 600 Baker Street, Springhill.
She is charged with one count of distribution of CDS Sch. II (methamphetamine). She was booked at the Springhill PD and transported to BDCC.
The same agents traveled to Sarepta on Hallowe'en where they picked up 36-year-old Kenneth Wayne Watson at his residence in the 300 block of Old Sarepta Church Road.
Watson is charged with one count of distribution of CDS Sch. II (methamphetamine). He was booked a the Springhill PD and transported to BDCC.
