Looking at Sonia Pereira sitting behind a small table in the foyer of the Webster Parish Library, you wouldn't think the laughing, yet calm, teen-ager had just accomplished something of which most people only dream.
Sonia, a 15-year-old Minden High School student, just published her first book, "The Railroad Changed My Life."
