Union Grove B.C. will hold a youth revival through Wednesday, April 10. Services will be at 7 p.m. nightly. Special speaker will be Pastor Victor Morgan of Harrison Chapel MBC, Magnolia, Arkansas.
The Minden Housing Authority will hold a public meeting at 8 a.m. at 1209 East St., to receive comments on 2012-CFP Submission/Annual Plan for the Minden Housing Authority. All documents are on display at the office of the Housing Authority, 1209 East St., Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Minden-South Webster Chamber of Commerce After Hours will be hosted by TG Companies Garden & Gifts from 5 - 7 p.m. Catering will be provided by Jimmy Hall’s Party Express and TG’s will be offering special discounts available only during the event.
There will be a Farmer's Market meeting at 6 p.m. held at the Farm (across from Save-A-Lot on the corner of Talton and East Union Streets)
The meeting is open to the public. Those interested in selling produce, crafts and homemade wares, as well as those looking to support the Farmers Market by serving on a committee are invited.
Volunteers for Youth Justice (VYJ) and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) are hosting the 10th annual “Light of Hope” awareness event at the Louisiana Boardwalk from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Opportunities will be provided for children and parents to be both educated and entertained. “Light of Hope” is a national movement to raise awareness of abused and neglected children and equip the community with tools to make a difference.
The Sibley Methodist Church fish fry fundraiser will be held at the church located at 403 South Main St., Sibley, from 4:30 - 7 p.m. The plates are $8 and can be eat in or take out.

will host a "Youth Extravaganza" Youth Revival: Saturday, April at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, at 3 p.m. Guest Speaker: Elder Paul Gatlin, of Gethsemane COGIC, in Lafayette.
