Fugitive nabbed locally

A Homer man involved in an altercation in Grambling was nabbed in Minden by local authorities Tuesday.

Daniel Champ, 21, of the 900 block of East 4th Street in Homer, has been charged on warrants of attempted second degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and aggravated battery.
