Demilitarization of M6 Propellant at Camp Minden

This is an open letter to all of our state and federal representatives and senators.

One year ago, the community of Doyline, LA was rocked by the explosion of a powder bunker at Camp Minden. The town was then evacuated because of the improper storage of M6 howitzer propellant by Explo Systems. While officials have now properly stored the material, the clock is still ticking for a final solution.
