Falcons rally past Warriors, 11-9

SIBLEY - The Lakeside Warriors were sitting pretty after four innings in the first-round Class 2A playoff game with St. Thomas Aquinas on Friday. The Warriors led 5-0 and the Falcons had only had two base runners through four innings. But St. Thomas rallied for 11 runs in the last three innings to take the 11-9 win.

Lakeside jumped out 3-0 after the first inning on RBI-singles by Jake Gray and Josh Prince, and the Gray scored on a wild pitch. Coulson White drove in Cameron Gray in the second, and then in the fifth, Cameron Corely singled and then came in to score as Luke Griffith reached on an error.
