Homer man arrested on battery charge

A local man is in stable condition today after he was reportedly found bleeding in the parking lot of a local bank.

Bernard Webb, 23, of the 900 block of N. Main, Homer, is charged with second degree battery after his arrest Saturday by Minden Police.
