Lumber buyers nailed

Two Shreveport men, conducting business in Minden, have been arrested for purchasing building materials with a bad check.

Louis Chatman Jr., 40, of the 6600 block of Canal Boulevard and Paul Williamson, Jr., 51, of the 7200 block of Union Avenue, Shreveport, are charged on outstanding warrants for monetary instrument abuse.
