Law enforcement officers have seen an increase in arrests relating to violence over the past week.

Michael D. Johnson: Webster Parish Sheriff's deputies Ricky Corke and Dillard Sykes arrested Johnson, 55, for aggravated assault, disturbing the peace and on a warrant from Dallas.

According to Sheriff Gary Sexton, the deputies responded to a disturbance call on Camp Bistineau Road.
