Judge suspends all but one year
The local man who embezzled nearly $100,000 in public funds from the Webster Parish Coroner's Office has pled guilty to felony theft and sentenced to jail.
Judge Joseph Bleich ordered Bobby Glen Guin to five years in the parish jail with all but one year suspended.
