On October 11, the Webster Parish Convention and Visitor Bureau hosted seven outdoor travel writers. The writers were on a familiarization tour of fishing hot spots of North Louisiana.
Our special guests included Lyle Johnson, President of the Louisiana Outdoor Writers Association. Another was Jim Darnell with the San Marcos Daily Newspaper and God's Great Outdoors Television Show, an award winning member of the Texas Outdoor Writers Association and Southeastern Outdoor Press Association.
