A Shreveport man wanted on a local arrest warrant has returned to the scene of his crime via a Minden Police cruiser.
Kentravis Washington, 29, of the 8100 block of Lucille Street, was wanted as a fugitive from MPD for distribution of CDS Sch. I (marijuana).
