Mrs. Dorothy Pearl Brown-Morris was born to the parentage of Dayton and Cloteal Brown on Oct. 19, 1949, in Haynesville. She attended Woodson High School in Haynesville and furthered her education at Northwest Technical College obtaining a degree as a licensed CNA.
