Snapping photos of women without permission is against the law, as one shutterbug learned earlier in the week.
Warren Scott Duvall, 52, of the 600 block of Lillian Street, Minden, was arrested on three felony counts of video voyeurism after he was turned in to Webster Parish Sheriff's deputies for using his cell phone to take pictures of women in the Webster Parish Courthouse.
