Webster Parish deputies, performing a routine traffic stop on a speeder, scored a large drug bust.
Michael R. Parks, 55. of the 600 block of Ceasar Street in Ringgold, has been charged with possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) Sch. I (marijuana) with intent to distribute, possession of CDS Sch. II (powder cocaine) with intent to distribute and possession of CDS Sch. II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute.
