Growth stunted for weed planter

While other vegetation may be suffering with the drought, a Springhill man's Marijuana crop has been thriving.

Jerry L. Johnson, 55, of the 500 block of Mill Pond Road was arrested and charged with five counts of possession of CDS Sch. I (Marijuana).
