Meth chef is cooked by jurors

It took a 12-person jury less than an hour to convict a Webster Parish man of creating a clandestine meth lab and simple arson.

Judge Ford Stinson could sentence Charles Wynne, Jr. to up to 30 years on the meth charge and 15 years on the arson charge.

Bossier-Webster District Attorney Schuyler Marvin said Wynne was arrested when Webster Parish Sheriff's deputies and the Springhill Fire District were notified of a fire at Wynne's Springhill residence in November 2010.
