Webster Parish Sheriff's Community Action Directed Patrol team, while working in the Doyline area, have arrested a woman for possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
Kassie Tinkes, 30, of Yates Lane in Doyline was booked on charges of possession of CDS Schedule II (morphine), possession of CDS Schedule II (hydrocodone), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
