A Place that Warms the Heart, an organization that provides grief support services in a caring and compassionate environment is holding the first meeting of their fall session at 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at Broadmoor B.C., 4110 Youree Dr., Shreveport. The session will run 8 weeks and is facilitated by trained professionals. A children's group for ages 5-12, teen group for ages 13-18, significant other group for those who have lost a significant person such as a spouse, sibling or parent, a parent's group for those who have lost a child, and an early infant loss group for parents who have lost a baby soon after birth or to SIDS, stillborn or miscarriage are provided.
