Defense keys Knights’ win

SPRINGHILL—At the end of North Webster's 23-13 win over Bossier, head coach John Ware was happy for his players, especially the ones that have been through the last couple of tough seasons.

"It was a big win for us," he said. "It's a big win for the program. There hasn't been a lot of success here lately, so it was nice to get this win because a number of kids were here last year and remember the score (a 55-14 Bossier win). It was a lot of fun and the kids were really excited after the game."
