The Minden Downtown Development Commission/ Minden Main Street Board of Directors met at the Dorcheat Museum Tuesday night to discuss their financial statement and approve agenda items.
The commission/board currently has a balance of $39,937.86 to work with. Among the things needed to approve included Fasching Sponsorship of $5,000.
