A six-month-long investigation by Webster Parish Sheriff's Community Action Directed Patrol team (CAD) paid dividends for the sheriff's department late last week.
Quincy Lamar Harris, 43, of Talton Street in Minden was booked on charges for distribution of CDS Schedules IV and III, and two counts for distribution of a CDS Schedule II.
