Leo Estelle Talley Duke

Funeral services for Mrs. Leo Estelle Talley Duke, 90, will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. in Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronald Morgan officiating. Interment will follow in Western Cemetery, Emerson, Arkansas under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill.

Visitation will be Wednesday beginning at 9 a.m. until time of service.

Mrs. Duke was born Oct. 13, 1920 in Walkerville, Arkansas to John Corbin and Lillie Belle Campbell Talley and passed away Monday, July 11, 2011 in Ruston. She was a resident of Ruston and former resident of Springhill. Mrs. Duke was a member of First Baptist Church, a seamstress and a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Wanda D. Mays and husband, James of Ruston; son, Thomas Darrell Duke and wife, Kathryn of Monroe; grandchildren, John and Lori Mays, Andy and Julie Mays, Laurie and Jeff Chen, Dana and David Caldwell; great grandchildren, Madeline, Rebecca, Samantha, Isabelle, Cason and Carson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; and one brother.

Pallbearers will be John Mays, Andy Mays, David Caldwell, Billy Evans, Wayne Whaley and Lon Park.
