Sagging britches were concealing illegal baggy
Baggy britches and an attitude got a Minden man in trouble with police and charges now stem far beyond the sagging pants law.
Dedrick Cortz Erving, 19, of the 100 block of McArthur Street, was arrested by Minden Police and charged with felony possession of CDS Sch. I (marijuana) and sagging pants.
