Police Blotter: June 6-12

The following arrests were made by Minden Police during the week of June 6 through 12.

June 6

James Bell Jr., 19, of the 16,000 block of Hwy. 80, was arrested for possession of CDS Sch. I (marijuana) third arrest;

Eron Jones, 23, of the 600 block of Joel Streeet, was arrested on a bench warrant for speeding;

Johnathan Small, 25, of the 200 block of Shirley Drive, was arrested as a fugitive from Claiborne Parish on two warrants;

June 7

Rometrius Lewis, 23, of the 1900 block of Maple Street, Shreveport, was arrested for simple battery;

LaThrill Fulsom, 27, of the 800 block of Harris Street, was arrested on a state warrant for simple battery;

June 8

Tiffany Brown, 27, of the 100 block of Ashley Road in Cotton Valley, was arrested for disturbing the peace (fighting);

Carl Mitchell, 53, of the 1100 block of Bayou Avenue, was arrested for disturbing the peace and possession of drug paraphernalia;

Rondell Hawk, 29, of the 100 block of Angelee Street, was arrested as a fugitive from Shreveport police;

June 9

Latravion Minix, 20, of the 600 block of Chestnut Street, was arrested for disturbing the peace (cursing) and sagging pants;

Jimmy L. Taylor, 52, of the 700 block of J.A. Phillips, was arrested on a warrant for second degree battery and a warrant for disturbing the peace;

Joseph A. Beason, 22, of the 100 block of Loop Road, was arrested on a bench warrant for no inspection sticker and as a fugitive from the Claiborne Parish Sheriff's Office;

Richard D. Sapp, 21, of the 1700 block of Mt. Lebanon, was arrested on three counts of illegal stolen firearms and theft by fraud and a separate count of illegal stolen firearms and theft by fraud;

Preston Worsham, of the 600 block of Park Highway, was arrested for domestic abuse battery;

Kenneth Wayne Cornelius, 33, of the 600 block of Myers, was arrested on two counts of cruelty to animals;

June 10

Gary W. Crow, 49, of the 800 block of Sibley Road, was arrested for home invasion, second degree battery, violation of protective order and false imprisonment;

Verle Harris, 38, of the Magnolia Motel, was arrested for driving while intoxicated (first offense), no driver's license, following too close, no plate displayed and open container;

June 11

Antario Demond Hack, 26, of the 500 block of Bayou Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant for running a stop sign;

June 12

Edward Judgeware, 46, no address, was arrested for disturbing the peace (intoxicated).
